How do you use my contact information?
Any details collected and stored from our customers is required in order to provide our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything. If you subscribe to newsletters or other promotional communications from our website, there will be an option to unsubscribe in every email we send you.
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information
(such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer
technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be
processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured
payments.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Happy Birthday Gifts or any outside party.

How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favourite items, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Postage is just $9 for Delivery Australia Wide and will be added to your order automatically at checkout. Registered Post and Express Post options will also be available on checkout. You can checkout immediately if paying by PayPal or Credit Card.

Can I place orders by phone?
Our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST and Saturday 9am-2pm, to answer your questions and take your orders. We accept phone orders on 02) 4930 4256 during Business Hours. You can also contact us after hours on 0425 325 313. We’d love to talk to you!
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed and paid online using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and Amex. If you would like to pay by Bank Deposit, Check or Money Order, your order must be placed by Phone.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
If you pay by PayPal you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and may log into your account at www.paypal.com/au to view details of your transaction.
If you paid by Credit Card, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
Return and Exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a Refund or Replacement.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and with bubble wrap and protective packaging to minimise transit damage.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Happy Birthday Gifts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
